Tom's of Maine featured in an episode of The Travel Channel's Made in America John Ratzenberger (you may remember him as postal worker Cliff on Cheers) paid the Tom's of Maine factory a visit to film an episode of John Ratzenberger's Made in America. The show features John traveling around the country in an RV visiting factories and talking with the entrepreneurs and employees who create and manufacture American-made products.  At our new factory in Sanford, Maine, John watched Tom's employees making oral and body care products and taste-tested a number of toothpastes. Turns out his favorite is Wintermint Whole Care Toothpaste! John, Tom, and Kate also held a "toothpaste race," in which they all squirted out tubes of toothpaste to see whose traveled farthest! The moment even became one of "Season 3's funniest video moments." The Tom's of Maine episode of John Ratzenberger's Made in America will throughout 2006.
